Florian Zink to accelerate Contentserv's vision and transformation
Ermatingen, Switzerland — December 8, 2020 — Contentserv, the leading product experience platform provider, today announces a change in the executive management of Contentserv Group AG. Effective January 1, 2021, Florian Zink will be the new CEO of Contentserv. In this role, Florian will actively drive Contentserv's vision and strategy to complete its cloud-native transformation — ensuring an undisputed leader position.
As an internationally experienced leader, Florian's expertise is in rapidly growing and transforming companies in the IT, telecommunications, and service sectors. Most recently, he was General Manager DACH at Exclusive Networks. Along with his previous roles at Salesforce, the Salesforce partner Tquila, Coremedia, and almost seven years at Microsoft, Florian Zink successfully managed change processes, achieved profitable results, and secured market shares. His last ten years focused on guiding companies such as Coca-Cola Germany, Adidas, and Pro7 through their digital transformation to master cultural, organizational, and change management challenges.
"The opportunity to work for Contentserv thrilled me from the very first moment. With its Product Experience Management solution, Contentserv has established a name and reputation in a market dominated by a tremendous atmosphere of change. I am very pleased to further accelerate Contentserv's cloud transformation and its growth as the market leader for product experience management together with a team of relentless pioneers!" says Florian Zink, new CEO of Contentserv.
As the new CEO, Florian will focus on accelerating the execution and delivery of product experience innovations to the market around Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), and Marketing Experience Management (MXM) while establishing strategic technology partnerships for rapid growth.
"By moving to an active position on the executive board, I am paving the way for a new and exciting leader to scale Contentserv further. This allows me to focus entirely on further strengthening Contentserv's thought leadership in the product experience market. Florian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to lead us into this new era", explains Armin Dressler, co-founder, former CEO, and now a member of the executive board at Contentserv.
While Armin Dressler will withdraw from Contentserv's C-level management, co-founder Patricia Kastner will remain in her operational role and continue as an active board member and shareholder for the Contentserv Group. Since the onset of Contentserv, Patricia Kastner has guided its development with a strong commitment to its success. She regards its cloud transition as one of the most critical strategic goals over the next three years and is convinced that Florian Zink will master the challenges that come with it.
"I would like to thank Armin for his great, ambitious work over the past eight years. Passionate and guided by a great vision, he has brought us far. In the Executive Board, he will now continue to play to his strategic strengths. Florian is the perfect CEO for Contentserv in the current phase. With his cloud-native mindset and the extensive experience he brings from the major software players, he will optimally position and lead us in the transition", says Patricia Kastner, co-founder and active member of the Contentserv Group AG management team.
