Contentserv appoints Florian Zink as new CEO

Florian Zink to accelerate Contentserv's vision and transformation

Ermatingen, Switzerland — December 8, 2020 — Contentserv, the leading product experience platform provider, today announces a change in the executive management of Contentserv Group AG. Effective January 1, 2021, Florian Zink will be the new CEO of Contentserv. In this role, Florian will actively drive Contentserv's vision and strategy to complete its cloud-native transformation — ensuring an undisputed leader position.

As an internationally experienced leader, Florian's expertise is in rapidly growing and transforming companies in the IT, telecommunications, and service sectors. Most recently, he was General Manager DACH at Exclusive Networks. Along with his previous roles at Salesforce, the Salesforce partner Tquila, Coremedia, and almost seven years at Microsoft, Florian Zink successfully managed change processes, achieved profitable results, and secured market shares. His last ten years focused on guiding companies such as Coca-Cola Germany, Adidas, and Pro7 through their digital transformation to master cultural, organizational, and change management challenges.

While Armin Dressler will withdraw from Contentserv's C-level management, co-founder Patricia Kastner will remain in her operational role and continue as an active board member and shareholder for the Contentserv Group. Since the onset of Contentserv, Patricia Kastner has guided its development with a strong commitment to its success. She regards its cloud transition as one of the most critical strategic goals over the next three years and is convinced that Florian Zink will master the challenges that come with it.
