Marc Dressel commits to support the company’s progressive plans
Ermatingen, Switzerland — November 26th, 2019 — Contentserv, the global Product Experience Platform leader announces the appointment of Marc Dressel as the new Head of Human Resources for Europe and North America. A seasoned global human resources executive for known marketing technology companies, Marc’s primary task is to redefine, optimize and relaunch HR operational processes, as well as support the hiring strategy in Europe and North America.
Marc is a veteran in developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, processes, and expansion. He brings with him over 18 years of experience in human resources from technology companies such as Selligent Marketing Cloud where he led the HR department for DACH and Eastern Europe regions. Marc also advocates using technology to manage HR-related activities as proven by his implementation of a cleverly designed HR management system that ended up as a global process.
When asked why he joined Contentserv, the new Head of HR shared, “I´ve always loved to work with people and support them in their career, so I suppose it´s natural that I became a Human Resources Manager. I learned that I love to work in the software industry as this is where exciting changes take place. Contentserv and all the people that I´ve met there, matched my expectations, informing me that I can contribute with my solution and service-driven attitude.”
