Contentserv recognized as a leader in new independent research report

Company’s Product Experience Platform receives top ranking in current offering category among all 10 vendors evaluated

Baar, Switzerland, June 18th, 2018: Contentserv, the global Product Experience Platform leader, announced today that Forrester Research, a prominent independent technology and market research company, has positioned Contentserv as a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Product Information Management Solutions, Q2 2018. According to the report, “Contentserv has earned its leadership position by delivering the powerful combination of a full-suite product experience management platform coupled with ‘very intuitive and modern’ business user interfaces.” The report states that digital business pros are looking for better product content in more sales channels. The PIM market is growing because more digital business professionals see product content as the way to differentiate shopping experiences for shoppers, whether they’re online or in the store.

Additionally, Contentserv’s Product Experience Platform received the highest current offering category score, stating “this vendor provides the most extensive suite of all the providers we evaluated in this Forrester Wave.”

Omnichannel is not a Retail offering, rather, it is the new reality consumers expect as they embrace the Digital Age. Only through a vibrant, relevant and emotional Product Experience will their expectations be exceeded. Contentserv believes this perspective was acknowledged by Forrester as it received the highest scores possible in both the product vision and market approach criteria. Contentserv’s focus lies on customers that drive strong brand experience in retail, distribution, and manufacturing; its offering includes MDM, PIM, and MxM components, as well as marketing management tools.

“This is a great achievement, and we are delighted that our work is recognized by such a prestigious group of analysts,” commented Armin Dressler, CEO of Contentserv. “I believe that being ranked a Leader by Forrester Research is further evidence that the PIM market has dramatically changed. Systems of Record are no longer sufficient, our clients have spoken, they need Systems of Engagement. Our continuous effort toward developing the best product experience platform possible is paying off. We were able to win over 60 customers last year and continue to grow much faster than the rest of the market.”
