This strategic partnership paves the way for both companies to provide better support for their customers across Europe by taking advantage of the solutions offered by Contentserv. Michael Kugler, with years of successfully leading different initiatives at Contentserv, will play a key role on parsionate’s side.

Michael Kugler will build the parsionate CX GmbH company as subsidiary of the parsionate Group, which will focus on consulting and implementation of Contentserv projects. Using this as a basis, parsionate intends to expand its existing portfolio with specific marketing and sales processes for manufacturers and retailers from the upper midsize market. The focus will be on product experience, customer orientation and omnichannel commerce. The parsionate Group, which is already listed with Gartner and Forrester as an important Contentserv consulting partner, will thus expand Contentserv support into an essential pillar of its system integration portfolio.
