Questions often arise when one is more intensively involved with the application - in most cases when the training obtained was some time ago.
Asking a colleague when in doubt, is the first thing that comes to mind. But their availability depends on their work priorities. Further more a gap in knowledge may lead to incorrect or inadequate information transfer.
