Head of Operations France (m/f)

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Ensuring that all operations (Presales, Business Consultant, Application Consultant, Project Manager, Key Account Manager, Support) work together in the right way, are executed correctly, cost effectively and timely in alignment with specifications and quality requirements with the customers
  • Supporting implementation/software integrator partners in supporting their enablement and project stuffing/
    set up
  • Organizing Presales (e.g. preparing showcases) and proper project setup (e.g. staffing of project management and project delivery, communication and documentation, partner management)
  • Supporting Sales Manager and key accounting in sync with Sales efforts and need
  • Ensuring that targets and operational process requirements are met by performing quality controls and monitoring KPI’s
  • Setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs effectively in respect of the planning process
  • Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services by improving each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Enhancing the operational systems, processes and policies in favour of the organizational mission

Your profile:

  • Proven work experience in Operations Management, Project Management and Delivery Services (at least 5 years working experience)
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and Operations Management
  • Knowledge in Product Information Management, MDM, ERP and eCommerce is beneficial
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Excellent French and good English skills (written and spoken)
