Your responsibilities:

  • Help the teams in their commercial and marketing actions
  • Administrative support and general secretariat of the Managing Director
  • Direct report to the Managing Director, in charge of the French subsidiary covering (France, French-speaking countries and Italy)
  • Daily interaction with the global organization in the company official language (English)
  • Coordinate sales activities from RFP to invoicing
  • Participation in changes to the management system
  • Interaction with our external Invoicing, Payroll, Legal suppliers
  • Administrative relationship with all clients monitoring and payment follow-up
  • Opening of customer accounts
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Centralization of commercial contracts and control of their compliance with company standards
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Sales and Professional Services departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and daily update sales and customer records in the CRM and internal company tools
  • Develop monthly sales and services reports under the guidelines of your manager
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new company information

What we expect from you:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales executive in an international environment
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint in particular)
  • Understanding of customers and partner relationships
  • Highly Customer-oriented, internally and externally
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
  • Excellent French and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Certification in Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
