Contentserv Welcomes Joe Walsh as New US Sales Director
The experienced sales leader joins Contentserv from Perfion
Denver, Colorado, United States — November 19th, 2019 — Contentserv, the global Product Experience Platform (PXP) leader, announces the appointment of Joe Walsh as the company’s new Sales Director for North American operations. Bringing in a wealth of experience in helping businesses solve complex data challenges, Joe’s primary task is to grow Contentserv’s customer base and ensure overall customer satisfaction in the region.
Joe has a distinguished 23-year career working in companies such as Sterling Commerce, Codifyd and, most recently, Perfion – where he played a major role in helping the company establish a foothold in the US PIM software market. Joe has worked in Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ), handling sales management, integrated marketing and channel development roles.
When asked why he joined Contentserv, the new Sales Director shared, “I was very intrigued by Contentserv’s focus on product experience management. As organizations embark on digital transformation , they also need to consider their customers’ end-to-end journey, which goes well beyond transactions. Contentserv understands this well, that is why they continue to develop the technology that support these transformations. Furthermore, when I met and spoke with the team, it was apparent that Contentserv has all the right tools to succeed in the US.”
His vision of success includes following an existing blueprint for the SMB market in the manufacturing industry and tapping into previously cultivated relationships in technology and consulting to compound Contentserv’s message. Joe confidently expects the next three years to produce explosive year-over-year growth in the US.
