Located in the USA, the experienced market expert will oversee global strategy for sales and account management.
Charlie brings a wealth of international expertise with over 20 years in sales, customer success, consulting, marketing, and analyst relations in the fields of master data management (MDM) and product information management for companies like Riversand and Stibo Systems. He was instrumental in the successful pivot of Riversand from perpetual/on-premise to subscription/SaaS licensing, and helped establish Stibo Systems as a global leader during his 14-year tenure.
As Chief Customer Officer at Contentserv, Charlie will primarily focus on expanding Contentserv’s presence in the US and emerging markets. True to Contentserv’s mission of “bringing its customers one step ahead of the competition” he will also oversee the continued development of strategic account and customer success initiatives.
