Your responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the Sales team during the sales cycle with technical & industry expertise
  • Establish Delivery & Presales best practices to ensure sales, presales opps and partner teams
  • Deep Understanding of the ANZ Market supporting the Sales team on market research adjusting global sales plays to the Australian market
  • Provide thought leadership around Product Experience Management and Digital Transformation
  • Participate in Partner, Industry and other events to stay uptodate on new trends, challenges and opportunities in the APAC market
  • Support partners within the sales process presenting the PIM & Contentserv PxP vision towards customers
  • Conduct Partner Workshops establishing Sales & Professional services knowhow
    for CS products
  • Conduct remote and onsite Discovery and Deep Dive Workshops for customers
    and partners educating them around the value proposition of a PXP offering
  • Act as Delivery Manager & Business Solution Consultant towards customers
    and partners in APAC
  • Support Global team on establishing / improving and training professional services methodology and applying it within the organization as well as supporting partners to establish a PIM delivery practice
