You will be part of Contentserv’s U.S. team, working closely with Contentserv’s global pre-sales team as well as other cross-functional teams.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in all Sales cycles by providing technical & industry expertise.
  • Contribute to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Capture customer requirements, understand which business value they’ll provide, and tailor communication accordingly to address how they will benefit their organization.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities in front of clients or partners as well as during events such as roadshows, etc.
  • Communicate a solid understanding of the Retail, Manufacturing, CPG markets in the U.S. Display a comprehensive knowledge of the product information ecosystem.
  • Conduct remote and onsite discovery workshops. Extol the importance of the Product Experience Platform value proposition.
  • Support partners in their sales process.
  • Provide assistance during the knowledge transfer process to the operations and delivery teams.
  • Attend discovery calls with prospects to understand business and technical requirements, timeline, and budget.

  • Confidence to address any technical questions and can communicate clearly; he/she knows when to defer and follow-up
  • Consultative mindest to establish trust
  • Excellent problem-solving skills that allow him/her to address customer questions and needs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of Presales consulting experience in complex Enterprise sales settings promoting data management software or similar.  A prior PIM/MDM experience is a big plus.
  • Ability to travel (20%)
