Your responsibilities:

New business is essential to the successful growth of the organization and you will have a critical role in building and nurturing the pipeline of new leads and opportunities across the UK, Benelux and Nordic regions. This will include:

  • Researching and  identifying  potential new customers within the B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Working with social media channels as well as phone and email, you’ll be handling inbound enquiries from prospective new clients, finding out more about their data management requirements and identifying opportunities for Contentserv.
  • You will also be proactively reaching out to target organizations to connect with relevant stakeholders and make them aware of Contentserv’s position in the market and platformcapabilities.
  • You will be part of  the Global Inside Sales team directly supporting  Salesand ensuringthat the company’s data records of client interactions is kept up to date.

What we expect from you:

  • You’ll be a persistent, determined and goal-oriented person who has excellent written and  spoken communication  skills (English is a must; any other relevant language is an advantage) and a confident telephone manner.
  • You’ll be a graduate with 2 -3 years’ experience working, most likely in technology sales or telephone-oriented sales role.
  • You need to be outgoing and confident to connect with many different people on a daily basis. You’ll be able to ask open-ended questions to gain an understanding of the client’s needs, and able to articulate Contentserv’s value proposition and how this can benefit the client.
  • You will have the ability to work with all levels of professionals within a business including Board Executives, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers and Solution Architects etc.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizeand manage own time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word (a strong Advantage would be previous experience working with Zoho CRM).
