As Head of Operations for our growing team in France you will be overlooking and coordinating the production process, ensuring the collaboration of all parts as well as the quality of outputs.

The Head of Operations will be responsible for setting-up, developing and managing the operational strategy of all solutions, maintaining customer-supplier and partner relationships for the implementations of strategic projects, organization and communication.

Your opportunity:

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring that all Operations (Presales, Business Consultant, Application Consultant, Project Manager, Key Account Manager, Support) work together in the right way, are executed correctly, cost effectively and timely in alignment with specifications and quality requirements with the customers
  • Management and supervision of the team
  • Organization of teams, optimization of resources, setting up and monitoring new processes
  • Definition of the quantitative and qualitative objectives and strategic orientations of the department
  • Coaching & strategic management of the customers and their projects, with participation at the Steering Committees
  • Management of the partner enablement
  • Supporting implementation/system integrator partners in supporting their enablement and project stuffing/set up
  • Ensuring flawless deal support through Presales support (e.g. preparing showcases) and proper project setup (e.g. staffing of project management and project delivery, communication and documentation, partner management)
  • Supporting the Sales organization in sync with Sales efforts and needs
  • Ensuring that targets and operational process requirements are met by performing quality controls and monitoring KPI’s
  • Setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs effectively in respect of the planning process
  • Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services by improving each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Enhancing the operational systems, processes and policies in favor of the organizational mission
  • HR management: recruitments, training plan, evaluations…

What we expect from you:

  • Proven work experience in Operations Management, Project Management and Delivery Services (at least 7 years working experience)
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Track records in leading complex and multiple business projects, teams and organizational structuring
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and Operations Management
  • Knowledge in Product Information Management, MDM, ERP and E- Commerce is beneficial
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Owning strategic projects to drive individual and organizational transformation and growth
  • Optimizing operations and generating synergies to increase effectiveness
  • Strong contribution to the regional Team meetings to drive consensus on key decisions
  • Excellent French and English skills (written and spoken)
