As Inside Sales & Business Development Manager for our successful APAC sales team you will be driving sales & brand awareness in the Mid and Enterprise segments in APAC. This role is a combination of Business Development and Lead & Pipeline Management.

Your opportunity:

This is a high growth opportunity to be involved in positioning our best in class solutions to retailers and brand owners looking to transform their product experience. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing and optimizing the lead management process for APAC together with the global teams
  • Working closely together with the sales teams in the countries
  • Research and create key account reports for customers to give the sales team an edge in their customer meetings
  • Create industry insight reports for key sectors & countries identifying key customer segments to target with our SMB and Enterprise offerings
  • Establish and manage a BDM list of customers per country which are fitting our customer profiles
  • Create and optimize call scripts together with marketing
  • Use LinkedIn and other social media tools to identify and engage with decision makers sharing relevant insights and encourage them to participate in solution workshops with our sales team
  • Proactively call customer stakeholders and identify and qualify business opportunities for the sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase our lead pipeline with targeted campaigns
  • Participate in regional events and prepare and follow up together with the global and regional marketing teams
