As Junior Sales Manager for our growing sales team you will be selling our solutions together with partners in the mid and enterprise segments in France. This role is a combination of Business Development and Account Management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Update, qualify and forecast an expansive pipeline of prospects by direct sales and engage with key solution and implementation partners in the region
  • Drive customer success by managing the full sales cycle from qualification to being the trusted advisor and closing the deals
  • Nurture existing client base to grow our footprint in existing customers
  • Connect with customer business and IT leaders in remote, onsite sessions and workshops advising them about the future of product experience and how Contentserv’s solutions can empower them to achieve a great customer experience
  • Engage and encourage value add and solution partners to work together with us on finding the best offering for our customers
  • Work in close collaboration with Presales, Professional Services and delivery team
  • Be enabled to present the solution with first demonstrations of the PIM-DAM platform
  • Manage RFP/RFI responses from A to Z with close collaboration with other teams in the organization
  • Attend industry trade shows and events, to form strong network connections and stay current on industry trends
  • Engaging with our marketing teams & create Business Development strategies for new customer segments with specific industry and regional target campaigns
  • Update on a daily-basis the CRM and make clear reporting on all activities, pipeline, sales cycle and closing dates.
