As Senior Sales Manager for our growing APAC sales team you will be selling our solutions together with partners in the mid and enterprise segments in Greater China. This role is a combination of Business Development and Account Management.

Your opportunity:

This is a high growth opportunity to be involved in positioning our best in class solutions to retailers and brand owners looking to transform their product experience. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage an exclusive sales territory in Greater China with a focus on Shanghai, Hong Kong & Singapore
  • Nurture existing client base to grow our footprint in existing customers
  • Update, qualify and forecast an expansive pipeline of prospects by direct sales and engage with key solution and implementation partners in the region
  • Drive customer success by managing the full sales cycle from qualification to being the trusted advisor and challenger sales person
  • Connect with customer business leaders in onsite sessions and workshops advising them about the future of product experience and how Contentserv solutions can empower them to achieve a great customer experience
  • Work together with Marketing to refine the GTM strategy for key industries to establish localized product offerings for the Chinese market
  • Engage and encourage value add and solution partners to work together with us on finding the best offering for our customers
  • Attend industry trade shows and events, to form strong network connections and stay current on industry trends
  • Engaging with our marketing teams & create Business Development strategies for new customer segments with specific industry and regional target campaigns
  • Achieve your and your teams territory quotas
